This episode was inspired by a question one of my clients had about how many coaching sessions she could expect to have before she’s done with coaching. I explain what coaching is and how you can benefit from having a coach.
You’ll also hear how my approach is slightly different from traditional coaching because I think we live in a world where too much weight is given to our conscious thinking that’s caused us to lose touch with our innate wisdom that knows what’s best for us.
We need to rebalance this by learning to trust our own innate wisdom which is our internal compass to take actions which are just right for us.
