What they don't realize is, these outcome goals are dependent on their input goals which they have 100% control over, like:
Plus a bunch of other factors they have 0% control over, like:
...etc. Are you focused on the input goals you have 100% control over? Or are you worrying more about the other factors you have 0% control over?
