Reader, Half of my week has been spent lying in bed, exhausted from what my doctor said was a particularly fierce, mutated flu virus that's been circulating. I hardly ever get sick. Whenever I do, I take it as a sign from the universe to slow down and rest because my default mode is to always be on the go.
