How I'm turning the invisible into something you can see

Hello Reader,

When it comes to growing your business, there's always a 'new' strategy that's trending.

I've been working on my side business for almost a decade.

I've seen many trends come and go.

After a while, it feels like everything just comes in cycles.

Isn't that the case for so many things?

Fashion, music, financial markets, etc.

Although trends come and go, one thing has remained the same in my business growing journey:

To do work that makes a difference to women's lives, while making a difference to my own too.

A common theme that's come up again and again for me this year:

Making friends and building my community of like-minded women.

Besides connecting with women on LinkedIn, I'll be launching a free course soon.

It will cover my 6 secrets of growing a stress-free business and will be launched in phases.

Each phase will come with improvement and additions over time.

Version 1 will be launched in September.

When you're a busy woman with a full plate, you can always choose to grow at a slower, more sustainable pace.

This may mean you improve your products and services gradually over time, iterating as you evolve.

There's nothing wrong about growing slower, and you most definitely don't have to feel ashamed or embarrassed about it.

Launching and building this course will be my version of 'building in public'.

If you haven't built something in public before, it might be something worth considering if you want to build your community.

By turning the invisible, BTS, building phase into something people can see, you bring like-minded people together.

It's a great way to hold yourself accountable and commit to something you're doing to grow you business too.

Because you've already made the announcement publicly, you must now deliver on it!

Plus, you also get to co-create something with the people who want what you're building.

This makes your end product even better because you know it'll be something people actually want!

I can't wait to share version 1 with you and I look forward to hearing your feedback when it launches.

Look out for details about it over the coming weeks.

What can you build in public?

I'd love to hear about it!

Have a great week ahead.

Reader, I've been thinking about why so many smart, capable women feel stuck in their careers. And I realized something: We've been taught to build careers like men in the 1950s - linear, logical, based on external metrics of success. But what if your path is supposed to be different? What if your sensitivity isn't a weakness but a superpower? What if your intuition isn't 'soft' but your competitive advantage? What if your desire for meaningful work isn't 'unrealistic' but exactly what the...

Reader, Here's a stat that stopped me in my tracks: 73% of working mothers are planning a career change within the next 12 months. But here's what the research doesn't tell you: Most of them will make the same mistake I made for years - they'll change their job, not their approach. Different company, same exhaustion. New role, same feeling that something's missing. What if I told you the women who actually create careers they love aren't just changing jobs - they're changing how they make...

The Weekly Newsletter CAREER COACH FOR WORKING MOMS I've always been the person who makes career decisions that look crazy from the outside. Pay cut for a smaller role? ✅ Leaving stable jobs for unknown opportunities? ✅ Following gut instincts over spreadsheet logic? ✅ People thought I was either brave or reckless. Turns out, I was just being myself. Last week I discovered Human Design - basically a personality system that creates your 'user manual for life' based on your birth details....
