Reader, Half of my week has been spent lying in bed, exhausted from what my doctor said was a particularly fierce, mutated flu virus that's been circulating. I hardly ever get sick. Whenever I do, I take it as a sign from the universe to slow down and rest because my default mode is to always be on the go. But it still didn't stop me from recording a podcast episode this week on the topic of showing up consistently! It might be my shortest episode yet (<10 minutes). Having the time to ponder in bed helped me realize no matter how busy or crazy life got, I somehow always still managed to show up for my business since I started it in 2019. I was trying hard not to break out into a coughing fit and I'm glad I got through it without doing so! Listen on your favourite podcast player below:
I hope you enjoy the episode. Have a great week! Sharon P.S. Need help staying consistent in your business? Book a free call to learn how I can support you with this. Click here to book your call. |

Reader, It's 9.17pm on Sunday as I'm writing this newsletter that I should have sent by 9am today. One brick at a time. One email at a time. So here we are! Today's topic is about owning your story. Because your story has value. All the decisions you made, the actions you took, the ups and downs - they all...
Reader, I had a very big, pleasant surprise this week. A heavyweight from LinkedIn, Niharikaa Kaur Sodhi DM-ed me to come on my podcast! I reached out to her last year when I relaunched my podcast inviting her to be a guest. She accepted at first, then postponed it because it wasn’t a good time for her. I thought she probably changed her mind after realizing what a nobody I am. This is the kind of negative self-talk that goes on in my mind - it's a daily practice to neutralize it's impact on...
Reader, Most people default to living life dictated by their irrational fears: not starting their dream business because of their fear of failure not pursuing their passion because they're unsure it'll make the money they want not going for/staying in the relationship because they don't know what will happen But you'll never fully know until you try. So how do you know when to heed the advice of fear that protects you from harm and what's just in your head? In this week's podcast, I share my...
