When it’s time to get help with your business

Reader,

As with anything, you can do it for free, by yourself.

Or you can hire someone to accelerate your progress and make it easier.

I always encourage people to figure things out themselves.

The value is in the process where you make mistakes and learn.

But there comes a point where repeatedly going in circles doing this gets you nowhere.

It can keep you stuck in the same place for too long unnecessarily because of

  • The uncertainty and doubt wondering if you’re doing the right thing
  • The worry you’ll never achieve your business goals at the rate you’re going
  • The isolation of being in this by yourself where no one around you understands
  • The frustration of trying everything and still nothing works the way you want it to

I love seeing people’s eyes light up and their energy shift when they get unstuck gain a new perspective.

Something unlocks in them and they go forward with fresh insight and inspiration.

Everything flows so much more easily - taking action from this place feels invigorating.

Often, all it takes is a subtle shift.

Sometimes we think subtleties aren’t worth paying for because they seem so ‘small’.

But the biggest transformation always happens with the smallest subtle and nuanced shifts.

It’s these little shifts that enable you to integrate everything you’ve learned into your business.

Sometimes, you need someone outside your own head to help you get these shifts.

This is what I help women with.

If this is what you want, then join Momentum Mastery for Women.

I use the proven, science-based MAP Method to help you experience and unlock these shifts.

See you there.

Reader, It's 9.17pm on Sunday as I'm writing this newsletter that I should have sent by 9am today. And I really didn't feel like doing this when it's almost my bedtime for an early morning start tomorrow at 4.45am. Then I remind myself - this effort is the work that's building my dream. One brick at a time. One email at a time. So here we are! Today's topic is about owning your story. Because your story has value. All the decisions you made, the actions you took, the ups and downs - they all...

Reader, Half of my week has been spent lying in bed, exhausted from what my doctor said was a particularly fierce, mutated flu virus that's been circulating. I hardly ever get sick. Whenever I do, I take it as a sign from the universe to slow down and rest because my default mode is to always be on the go. But it still didn't stop me from recording a podcast episode this week on the topic of showing up consistently! It might be my shortest episode yet (<10 minutes). Having the time to ponder...

Reader, I had a very big, pleasant surprise this week. A heavyweight from LinkedIn, Niharikaa Kaur Sodhi DM-ed me to come on my podcast! I reached out to her last year when I relaunched my podcast inviting her to be a guest. She accepted at first, then postponed it because it wasn’t a good time for her. I thought she probably changed her mind after realizing what a nobody I am. This is the kind of negative self-talk that goes on in my mind - it's a daily practice to neutralize it's impact on...
