Based on what I've seen recently, and as a business owner myself, I know this is real. You're so driven to create the results you want in your business you either forget or disallow yourself from taking the break you need. You feel guilty and shame yourself into believing taking a break makes you lazy or the reason why you're not getting the results you want in your business. Stop telling yourself these lies. There is no 'right' or 'wrong' way. When you feel drained and exhausted, pushing and powering through is ineffective.
